Each piece takes 100 days to produce and has at least 15 coats of lacquer. Food friendly. Hot or cold food can go right on the tray. Waterproof and heat resistant but not for use in microwave or dishwasher. To clean, only use warm soapy water with a soft sponge or furniture polish with a soft cloth. Do not soak in water or use abrasive sponges. Handmade in Vietnam, with love. 17" x 7" x 1"
