**Q: Do these work on the interlocking rubber workout mats?**
A: Hi Tumbleweed,
These can work on some rubber workout mats, but it all depends on the level of grip the rubber mat provides. 
For example;
1. If the rubber mat has the grip/surface of a rubber band (very grippy), they will not work so well. 
2. If the rubber mat has the grip/surface of a yoga mat (provides some cushion, but is not extremely grippy), they will work just fine.

**Q: would these work on concrete basement/gym floors?**
A: Hi Stephanie,
Thank you for your question. Yes, these should work on the concrete floor as long as it is a smooth surface. If the flooring has a rough finish such as a sidewalk (similar to sandpaper) it will not slide properly and may damage the slider. Please let us know if this fully answers your question.

**Q: I have rubber floors in my gym, will these slide well?**

I've never used any other brand sliders so I can't say that I've compared them but these ABSOLUTELY WORK! I've used them on carpet and hardwood floors and never had an issue. When I purchased them there was a $3 off coupon which made them the same price as many other popular sliders on Amazon but knowing that they work I would gladly pay the extra $3. Great product!
