I eat it with vegan butter or with vegetable smoothies to add texture, or any kind of dip. When much of my diet is soft, it is great to have something tasty with crunch. Only thing is that for the amount I use, it is expensive, so I only buy it in bulk or on sale.Update, August 2025: Recently, too many of these boxes have shown up with stale crackers in them, whether from my subscription or when I've bought them in the shop. One box had a current expiration date, the others were two months out. But I could smell the staleness quite strongly as soon as I opened the bag. This is very disappointing as my diet is limited and these fit what I need and I really like the Rosemary & Salt flavor. I will, as another reviewer suggested, cancel my subscription and try buying them without it.
