Review: Great Accessory For My iPhone 14 Pro - I have used similar battery case products from Alpatronix before for previous generations of iPhone that I have owned. The iPhone 14 Pro does have somewhat longer battery life than the previous iPhone 12 Pro that I owned and I appreciate that improvement from Apple. That said, I use my smartphone continuously and heavily throughout the day for streaming audio and video, business phone calls, business video calls, teaching at a major university, countless apps that I use to manage personal issues, business and leisure travel, photography and recording video. All of that sometimes causes me to travel across time zones where my smartphone needs to remain up and running for all of a 24-hour day or longer. If any of you attend some of the major theme parks it is all but impossible to get through a day without extensive use of their app. Battery life is a major issue for me. It is not always possible to plug the phone in to recharge it. Carrying power banks and cables just adds to the list of items I have to carry around. I find these cases to be a good solution for this problem. I can easily keep my phone functioning for a day or two while at the same time providing protection for the phone using the case. I have found the Alpatronix products to be high quality. They perform as advertised charging my phone when needed and surrounding it with a high quality case that protects it and which allows me to hold the phone in a firm grip without dropping it. The case fits the phone well and does not interfere with the screen protector or the third party lens protector that I have over the camera lenses. The addition of wireless charging adds to the utility of the case and works well with the charging stand I use for my phone, watch and headphones. The utility does have a cost in the form of somewhat increased weight, and added thickness due to the additional battery in the case. I find these to be reasonable tradeoffs for the benefits.
Review: Just bad quality - After purchasing my third one and only returning one of the three, I can tell you for sure the product quality is not something. I would absolutely recommend anybody if the charging port lasts more than a month or two you’re in good luck the last one I had the charging port lasted 2 1/2 months, but whenever you would push the charge the phone button it stopped working so even though it was full of battery, it would not discharge to the phone. Maybe this company will eventually make some upgrades but until then I wish I could give it less than a one.

**Q: Why does a brand new iPhone 14 need extra battery life? Does the iPhone battery suck that badly??**
A: I had this case for my previous iPhone and for my current new 14 Pro Max. I do a lot of hiking and bike riding and use my phone for GPS mapping and route tracking which uses the battery up fairly quickly. The additional power that this battery pack can supply is well worth the $50 for peace of mind that you will, most likely, not drain both phone your battery & the battery cases power down to zilch thereby rendering your maps and your potential to call for help unavailable.

**Q: Will this stop charging the phone at 100% when plugged in? Also when charging the phone with the case will it automatically turn case off at 100%?**
A: Hi, sorry this took a bit. Yes, the phone will stop charging once full. The battery case will also stop charging once full. If you leave the phone in the case and leave the case plugged in, it will keep everything topped off with a slow trickle charge. 

So far, no complaints with battery life. Hope that helps.

**Q: Hi, where do you download the manual?**
A: Mine came with a small instruction sheet in the box. I'm sure you can go to the company's website and download a pdf of the manual.

**Q: What's the mah for this battery case? Why doesn't it mention if it can fully recharge iphone 14 pro max?**
A: I don’t know what “mah”. It will fully charge the 14 pro max but to do so it fully discharged the case. I don’t call or text a lot but have books on tape or podcasts on most of the time and if I fully charge over night I get through the day.
