**Q: This filter does not require oil?**
A: No need to oil. THis is Dry type filter. Ready to use.

**Q: What chemical is use for cleaning this filter?**
A: The Air filter is Dry Type and made of Synthetic Cotton. No need to oil. It is washable and reusable. 
You can just wash the filter every 5000 miles with soap and water. 
You may use the cleaning kit for Dry Filter from AEM if you want. 
Let the filter air dry completely before put it back to the intake system.

**Q: Can water seep through the filter?**
A: It is not waterproof.

**Q: What do you do if rubber insert to cone filter becomes detached?**
A: I'd junk it and buy another one. Now there are rubber inserts inside for different size pipes 2" or 2/1/2" and 3" once removed.  I never had that happen before maybe show seller itt fell apart and get another one.
