**Q: Why is there screws in it ?!**
A: You have to contact the manufacturer for this! I never had any problems with the screws. No rust etc.

**Q: Does the spout leak when tipped upside down?**
A: Yes. They need to know to hold it like a straw cup. Mine lasted a week and was binned. The Nuby sport cap is a lot better

**Q: Is this a free flow straw or does it have a valve? Thanks.**
A: It has a valve which works for about 2 weeks. It then starts to leak.

**Q: Is it easy for a 2 year old to open?**
A: My 2 year old can open it but at first required two hands!

Doesn't leak unless a drastic temperature change has happened (taking out of fridge and having in a hot room it shoots water out like a canon), very sturdy my son likes throwing thinks off the table but this bottle is the first to withstand that even with the lid open, can be a little tricky to clean around straw area due to the silicone around the straw not being removable but a straw cleaner gets in there well to scrub it so no mould can build up. Great bottle highly recommend

Great bottles have multiple for my child as the tip is a good size and is really durable haven’t had any leaks with this bottle and my child has no issues drinking from it, easy to clean and the handle is great for th child to hold into the bottle
