I prefer heavy duty because regular foil tends to rip easily while this one does not. This foil has held up very well and I use it as a liner for cooking so I don't dirty up my pans. It does a really great job at covering up food that needs to be put in the oven and doesn't fall apart when you remove it. It's excellent for wrapping up sandwiches. The box is really easy to use to pull it out and tear off a sheet. I've ony had one problem where the roll has come out and that was my fault because of how I had it stored in a drawer.
