They were super easy and tasted good, although the recipe on the bag and others I looked at didn’t include any salt, and my husband wants be to add some next time. I don’t have a tortilla press and gave up my rolling pin after going grain free, so I pressed the tortillas between two cutting boards, which worked pretty well, but I need to roll the tortillas a little thinner next time. Having said that, my first attempt went pretty well overall. The tortillas held together and were soft and flexible, and I made (salted) tortilla chips in my air fryer with the leftovers. I will continue to use and would recommend.
