The cut measurements are accurate for the pieces I've used so far, so I'm assuming they all are, as they are cut uniformly. The sides don't fray, like some other brands I've bought on desertcart (even though they were cut with pinking shears, the low quality ones still fray). Some pieces feel a little different texture or thickness than others. I'm assuming this has to do with the dye &/or print process because I've had this same experience with popular, high-quality quilting fabric brands, too. All the prints are clear, colors are vibrant and consistent. These fabrics work perfectly for the project I'm working on. I'd recommend this product to others. I will purchase more in the future. The strips are cut even and all measurements are correct. Color saturation is great and the colors are beautiful. They look a little period style. I will say that online the dark colors look black but they are actually dark green (not complaining, just a heads up). The fabric is very soft but not too thin. All the designs are printed well, no defects. It is really quilt shop quality! Came packaged well, no bad smell. This would make a great gift for seamstress or quilt maker in your life!
