It’s a bronze shimmer for tanned or dark skin. It’s way too dark for fair skinned people like me. It would be ideal to use on holiday over a tan when you didn’t want to wear makeup or to enhance a tan on your body for an evening out. Although I put a lot on my hand in my video I only put a little on my finger to apply and used a different finger to blend and it was still too dark for me. I used what I had on my cheek and eye and spread it all over my face and it looked so false because I haven’t got a tan and I’m fair skinned. I took photos of my face in the shade and in the sun to show you. I also had bronze blusher and foundation on before I applied it which didn’t help blend it at all. A highlighter to me is a light shimmer and not a dark shimmer. Pretty natural too, but if you want more “oomph” it’s suuuuper buildable. My friend borrowed it for halloween (she went as the sun lol) and layered this onto her face and it actually looked amazing! **Q: Where do you put this on your face?** A: All the places where you want the light to catch, so on the cheekbones, browbones, down the middle of your nose, cupids bow and chin, and I like to put some on my forehead too! ALSO it works great down the front of the legs if you’re wearing a skirt or dress, makes my legs look incredible **Q: For anyone who’s used this already, how long did the highlight last?** A: I used this on my collar bones specifically for this event where I had to wear a fancy dress.
