The tube lights come in 11.8 inches in length with 8 tubes total. There are 18 LEDs in each of the tub with a brightness level of 220V (similar to daylight lights that you find in most regular home lights). The lights are wrapped in cheap plastic and are waterproof/dust proof. The lights do move downwards like "raindrops" or "meteors", but they only come in one color, white.Our rating scaleDesign: 2/5Utility: 2/5Effectiveness: 2/5Noticeable flaws: The lights are bright enough and they work properly, but the exterior of the led lights are wrapped in some cheap plastic.
