I wanted to give it a fair shot. The first time, I gotta be honest. Was a nightmare. The directions were confusing and the process just took so long because I kept looking back at the directions and back at my face and back at the directions and it was just.:: exhausting. Also, it said to use facial oil... well I have combination skin. I do have a nourishing facial oil that I do use on my dry cheeks so I did use this on my entire face to make the cupping go smoother. I was really cringing about using this all over my skin because I have a very oily t zone and used to have terrible acne when I was younger so I was afraid that putting oil on my already oily areas of my face would make me break out and shocking it did. I usually don't ever break out anymore and I did for the first time ever and my I did first time cupping. You would think that maybe I would just go ahead and stop the process and give up. I have so many issues that I bought these cupping products for in the first place so I didn't want to quit and I remember seeing on one of the reviews that someone had used them in the shower instead. So I decided to do that as well. I also decided to screw the instructions and I Kind of just did my own thing. I mean when you think about it it's not that hard to kind of figure out where it's supposed to go. Well after doing this about two times a week in the shower I feel like it's really starting to work. I've noticed my 11 lines& the lines on my forehead and my laugh lines are starting to diminish. I feel like my neck lines are dissipating. And overall I feel like my skin is feeling rejuvenated. I received 4 cups. I really only use one large and one small so I decided to give the other two to my mom because she is much older and has lots of wrinkles and lines and I told her about how well it works for me and so she started using it and she loves it too. If you are frustrated with this product at first, don't give up, it's confusing but I say wing it honestly. And the shower is really the best place to use this. It comes with two tiny suctions and two large. I wish there was a medium option, seems like it would be perfect. I will never use the big ones as they feel like they’re going to suck my soul from my body. I can’t even run the small ones up my cheek line bc the suction is too little. A friend of mine recommended me this set of cups and I can’t believe how great they are. I liked the way the cup massaged my cheeks and made my skin look brighter.
