Review: Works fantastic, it's a good, working raspberry pi power supply alright. - Got a DMR Hotspot for radio. It's a raspberry pi 3 B with a MMDVM duplex hat on it. Never had a raspberry pi. First thing I noticed was Undervoltage warnings. These were stopping me from using the dmr hotspot as services and hardware were being turned off or restarted constantly. I tried 2 mobile phone chargers, a macbook charger, a power strip with USB ports (which kind of worked) and a nice APC UPS with USB ports. All would get Undervoltage warnings. I was concerned about being a 3rd party power supply for my Pi, because well, you know, the recommendation is "an official 5.1V raspberry pi power supply", and this one clearly says 5.0v. I haven't seen an Undervoltage since plugging it in. It's working great, and I utterly love the on/off switch. Very nice.

A: Use this with a Raspberry Pi computer because of the on/off switch. Don't know about the wire gauge. Works great with the Pi.
