Brix Cup 4.5:1， 5:1 Review: Perfect device to tell if you are balanced or not. - I work in a restaurant and we have a soda dispenser. Some of the soda tasted off and the vendor that is supposed to make sure its calibrated properly hasn't been showing up on a regular basis to ensure we are dispensing properly...come to find out 5 out of the 7 were dispensing waay too much or too little product. So thankfully I remember being taught by an old vendor at a previous job many years back and I ordered this guy to check the dispensers and calibrate it. My bosses loved that I was able to fix it without having to pay for the vendor to come out and adjust it. Saving nearly $500 each visit. And when they came in for once to check the system over, everything was on par and they were confused after checking the signoff sheet. they were confused on how its properly calibrated after not being visited for nearly a year and a half. They explained that we had someone in-house(me) that knew how to fix it and did, after many attempts on getting a tech to come out and check the system. Apparently the reason they finally came around is due to new management and techs being in place. Sadly I only needed the measurement cup as the yellow adapter is the wrong type of separator for the dispensing system we use, and didn't see a measuring cup and the other type of separator. Either way, works really well. Review: This is a complete waste of money - It doesn't not separate.
