It works for me but this is no guarantee that it will work for you. However, in addition to a low-carbohydrate diet and lots of exercises. Seems to be helping me (personal opinion) with the sugar cravings in that I don't seem to have them so much so this is a win-win for me. I have managed to get off both Metformin and Insulin and replace them with Berberine.
