Used on a project this weekend to separate parts that had been pinned together, and also for removing a ledger board from a concrete wall. It worked very well for both tasks, and I can't think of a better tool to use for those purposes. It is the perfect size for demolition due to the gradual slope down to a fine edge. You could also easily sharpen it even further with a belt sander, but it would become dangerous to hold in your pocket, as it could cut or tear people and materials. I would recommend this thicker version because it is much more stiff.
