Review: box is durable but not sure how long elastic strap and relief valve will last - I was hoping this would let me take a sandwich and chips to work, but unless I used Wonder or a similar sized loaf it isn't quite large enough. Box and the utensils seem very durable, and the edge on the lid seals well. To preserve the seal I have been hand washing, and I have found it difficult to clean the vent. I think they would have been better off without it, just leave the lid cracked if you are microwaving your food. To stay leakproof you need the elastic band to keep the lid on, and my experience with any kind of elastic band tells me it will eventually stretch and require replacement. Not crazy about the design and I am more of a sandwich guy than an entree/hot lunch guy, so I have gone back to basic tupperware and this probably won't get all that much use.

I was hoping this would let me take a sandwich and chips to work, but unless I used Wonder or a similar sized loaf it isn't quite large enough. Box and the utensils seem very durable, and the edge on the lid seals well. To preserve the seal I have been hand washing, and I have found it difficult to clean the vent. I think they would have been better off without it, just leave the lid cracked if you are microwaving your food. To stay leakproof you need the elastic band to keep the lid on, and my experience with any kind of elastic band tells me it will eventually stretch and require replacement.
