They appear identical to some Stoppers I bought previously that not only have the three ridges so they won't pull out but also don't leak when the bottles are put on their side. I haven't checked these out in terms of storing wine in them on the bottle side. They are much better than the grey ones that are sold by the major other company. In fact I have probably a dozen of the grey ones, two of the black ones that I got a few years ago, and then six of these.
