We use them for all sorts of things around the garden as well as for mixing up small quantities of mortar more easily than in a standard bucket. Great for fillign with water, veg, soil, pruning clippings.Two words of warning which are not intended to deter people from purchasing ('ve got seven of these, after all). Firstly, they are big so are easily filled to become too heavy to lift.
