I had a nine foot expensive curtain rod that was a dark bronze. Too expensive to change it out to the gold that i wanted. I took the long thick rod outside, stood it up and rubbed this in on Beautiful!!! It was easy and fun to apply. A little goes a long way. Easy to wash off if it gets in your hands, but do wear gloves. The color was perfect and not too bright. Have used this product in other items including candle sticks and nail heads that were black on my sofa. I wanted a more brass look. I applied this in the nail heads with a q tip. Again, transformative. You won’t be disappointed. I might try it next in my cabinet pulls. I want them black instead of stainless steel.
