Only after customer service confirms the activation should you insert the card into your phone for use. I contacted customer service three days in advance, requesting activation on a specific day, but I found that the card was not activated on that day at 9.00 am. I reached out to customer service again, and they responded quickly. However, because I made a call with the non-activated card, it became unusable. Customer service then helped me with the activation of another card.Overall, customer service was able to resolve my issue.
