Still Amazon said they would replace it some how. **Q: how do we patch a tiny hole in the flocked side of the mattress??** A: I used GEL superglue, because it's thick, and doesn't run into the hole. Blow up the air mattress, put on a glob of the glue, then patch with a piece of duct tape. be sure there is glue under most of the duct tape. You don't need a giant patch - I patched a quarter inch nick five years ago and my duct tape piece is only about an inch square. A little patch can move with the mattress; a large patch might crack. Our mattress gets a lot of use, and that little patch has never failed. **Q: Do you have a king size?** A: Hello, we do not at this time. We are releasing a twin and are looking to release a King size in Q1 of 2018. It is LOUD when it inflates, but it doesn’t take long at all. Deflating is a breeze (pun intended) and it rolls up easily in the provided bag.Second, is that it perfectly fits the standard twin bedsheet set I bought, despite the mattress being super deep. The fitted sheet holds onto the mattress without any slipping, despite my tossing and turning during the night. No, the standard fitted sheet doesn’t cover the entire depth of the King Koil, only going halfway, but it still holds onto the mattress.Third is air retention. The King Koil holds its air solidly, never had any issues so far.Lastly is the comfort. It took a few days for me to figure out how firm I wanted it to be, but eventually I got it right. It’s super easy to adjust the desired firmness, though I must say, it’s not the most comfortable sleeping surface. (Or if it's possible to do so.).This company is one in a million! It's not a great time to be a consumer, in this world, however, the people at King Koil (Patrick) have proved me wrong and have gone far beyond what anyone would expect from an air mattress company!! They replaced my bed - TWICE!! If you have ever gone to Target or Walmart and bought an air mattress for yourself, please take note of how the manufacturer has shielded themselves from any returns, whatsoever! (One particular, well known, Canadian company comes to my mind - no problem for them to take your money and run!) It's very hard, for some reason, for air mattress companies to stand behind their product. King Koil however, makes it clear that your satisfaction, as a customer, is VERY important to them. Your review of their product and your "word of mouth" makes a difference to them. They feel confident about their product and if you are unsatisfied with it, in any way, they want to make it right with you. I'd have to search Amazon at long time to come across a review that tells the world that they would be foolish to purchase a similar product from any other company in the WORLD! BTW, this review should have been written a few months ago. I apologize for the delay (I've been a little busy).Thank you to King Koil for standing by your product and replacing my purchase twice. No pulling out a separate item that has to be purchased, plugging it in, trying to reach the bed to blow it up, etc...... This is a no hassle inflating procedure.I had the bed about 9 months and it developed a slow leak. I figured I would need to purchase another but checked my receipt to see when I purchased it and noticed that it had a year long guarantee. I contacted the company, through Amazon and within 5 minutes I got an email back stating that my bed was under guarantee and they would send me a replacement. They wanted a picture of the "damage". After a couple days, I checked the bed and could not find where the leak was coming from. I wrote another email back to them and again - 5 minutes later received a reply stating "no problem, we will rush you a replacement.”- “No need to send back the damaged bed!” What a relief to not have to deal with repacking the damaged bed and mailing it back to them. Within 2 days - I received a replacement. What a breeze!!! This was top-notch customer service!After dealing with a competitor of King Koil’s a few years back, I cannot explain how impressed I was by King Koil's customer service and how quickly they stood by their product. A few years ago, after purchasing an air bed from a competitor, I noticed that mold had developed on the top of the mattress. I sent a picture to the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement. Several months later, I took the bed out to use and after blowing it up, I discovered that they had sent me a cheaper, low end bed that was substantially smaller than the one I had originally purchased. When I called and emailed the manufacturer, they told me that my bed was now no longer covered under the warranty so they wouldn't do anything about it. I told them that THEY made an error (I don't really think it was an error). They would not stand by their product or their mistake. I believe they shipped me an inferior product replacement because that is how they do business. They also make it clear, in writing, all over the box and on literature inside the box, that it will not be easy to return this product. I will never buy another product from that competitor's company and I make sure that I tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They are unprofessional, the quality is awful and the customer service is horrendous.I am so pleased with King Koil and the person that emailed me back several times to help me resolve my issue. It rained the entire time. I think I slept better on this mattress than I do at home. It was the right height and my pillow stayed in place. It was easy to inflate with the built in pump. It deflates just as easy and packs away in it storage bag. The mattress is a thick material that doesn’t appear that it will easily puncture. I did put a little more air in the mattress on the second night. That could be a temperature adjustment. This is a high quality mattress. I’m happy that I bought it.
