A: There is no insulation on any side of this oven.

**Q: Can you put another pizza stone when making 2 pizzas instead of the rack?**
A: Pizzello Grande pizza oven is capable of cooking 2 pizzas at the same time, or 2 roasting tins together. The middle rack can be removed so you get a full space to accommodate a whole chicken. For better falor and long term use, we are not recommend to put 2 pizza stones into this oven.

Je l'adore, c'est sûr un moment adaptation pour la quantité de bois à mettre mais une fois apprivoiser c'est un super produit, le pizza sont parfaites ,et que dire du goût de la cuisson au bois 👌🏼 Il est facile a assembler aussi Il vient avec une toile protectrice aussi
