A: You should choose Sand Blasting Media according to your need, 80 grit for hardware, machining, sand blasting, 100 grit and 120 grit are used for precision casting, medical instruments and so on. The larger the grit, the smaller the bead, the better the polishing. You can start with 80 grit aluminum oxide powder and finish with 120 grit. Start with the rough and end with the fine.
