The chalkiness was still there. Decided to try this one and it actually is a great price! And the TASTE. OK, I haven’t reviewed anything in a while because it takes time. But I thought immediately, “I need to come back and let you guys know not to miss out on this.” I don’t know what the other reviewer was saying about it not being able to dissolve in hot water, because I put three wafers( they are a circular shape, They don’t match the picture, but I actually like the shape better) I put three wafers in almost boiling water, stirred it up with my fork until they melted, and then I used a frother, added some cold water to it to make it not so hot before I added my every daydose of mushroom coffee, and let me tell you this is the best morning drink I’ve had in a very long time!! The cacao taste is superb. I even ate one when it arrived. There’s no sodium in it but it was salty! You can really taste the deep flavor and the minerals in this cacao.
