I put the Seekup at the bottom of my bra cup and it stays in place all day without needing any adjustment while wearing them. I saw reviews that state they can fall out the bottom of the bra, but that has not been a probloem at all for me. They stay in place, are very comfortable, and warm up to skin temperature quickly. Maybe my Seekup stays in place because I am a 32DDD and my bra band is snug, so nothing escapes while wearing them. My husband cannot tell any difference in size between the two breasts once I am dressed. Bottom line is they are quick and easy to hand wash.
