Our tree can stand well, perhaps due to the strong compression of the product during transportation, causing slight deformation. You could accumulate more sand or stones under the tree to press down on the roots to achieve standing. The Zen Garden is beautiful. We received all items, and they were in a good shape. The only my recommendation is to increase amount of sand. This was not enough sand to keep Bonsai tree secured from falling. We had to order an additional sand to finalize our garden.
