They came wrapped in clear film. When I unwrapped them some of the silver coating came off. They look ok. I will use them unlit. The "wick" in the tall candle comes mid range and looks funny compared to the other 2 candles. The colors are not at all realistic. Even the white flame has a definite blue tint to it. Once again you get what you pay for. To state that these candle once cost $89 is a joke.
