This is a kit that includes specialized glue that has higher viscosity and slower set time, to allow for easier placement - APPLICATION 1: CLEAN! Very clean and dry tires are the key to good results. Wash your tires twice with a good tire cleaner and rinse well (Zep Fast 505 is a good water based degreaser). Use a stiff brush and scrub well with the Zep Fast 505. Dry the tires well and wait until they are perfectly air dried. Allow glue to set for 1 hour before driving (at 75F). - APPLICATION 2: Arrange letters before applying glue using masking tape over the outside of the letter. Place letters on tires and tack in place with the tape. Arrange and check. To apply glue hinge the letter down (leaving the masking tape attached to the tire near the wheel) and apply glue thinly on the tire side of the letter. Hold in place for a minute and it's set! Remove the masking tape after a few minutes. Initially I was not sure whether or not I should get lettering for my tires, but I am glad that I did. The packaged included the rubber letters in addition to a glue for the tires. Putting them on was very easy and getting all 4 tires to look the same was easy by making an "X" on the tire with masking tape. The the secret to doing it right is the PREPARATION! Make sure the tires are cleaned to the bare rubber and sand the surface if necessary! You will definitely turn heads with these!6 Month Later: After using my tires for 6 months(10,000 miles), the tires still look like new! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, with only one drawback. *by K***S on September 24, 2018* These are very nice quality. The shipping was fast and product came with everything needed for install (except tape). 4 star only because they do not come already installed on adhesive with tire curvature. I would have paid more just for that ability, made the install a bit intrusive. Overall me and my 10 year old son installed these over the weekend. He love them and so do I.For this price you cant beat what you are getting. You couldn't even DIY this for cheaper honestly. Just plan to actually do some work it's not just a quick job.PS, clean the tires like you never have before. Wipe until you dont see anymore Dirt. ### ⭐⭐ Nice Looking Product. *by J***F on April 22, 2019* Cleaned the tires very good. The letters went on easily. I completed the project in a couple days. Doing the Goodyear lettering on one day and Eagle the second day. The lettering has done fairly well after two weeks. Lost three letters though on the 14th day. The other letters seem good still. I was unable to find two of the three missing letters. The L was barely attached and I was able to re attach it. I reached out to Color XLabs and received no reponse. I simply wanted to replace the letters that came off. No reply. That is the reason for the low rating.
