I always take care of my feet and get the pedicure as well but this has taken my feet to the ultimate softness. I typically have callus' on my heal and this has taken care of it to the max, I really cant believe it's actually working. It suggest putting socks on while you have the booties on and I would highly recommend it! it makes it so much easier to walk around and continue to do things while letting the product work it's way into your skin.
