I've only had these Enevolts a month or two but they seem to be solid as a rock and their voltages are very close to each other. Clearly a higher-grade selection than other rechargeable AA's that I've gotten. Will report back in a year :-)Update October 2019. These cells are still working fairly well. I would say that they aren't quite as low-self-discharge as their marketing implies, but they last a damn site longer than prior generations of NiMH batteries that I've had. They don't last as long in things like wireless mice as I would like (verses a non-rechargable AA) but the single-charge-cycle life isn't so low that its too inconvenient. I just have enough of them that I always have a few sitting in the smart charger when a device needs one swapped out and that takes care of it.I no longer try to massage the health of my rechargeable batteries... its just too inconvenient. I leave the excess batteries sitting in the smart-charger and let the charger take care of it.
