## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does the price keep going up???**
A: Stores are presently out of stock, but network with your friends.  I received a damaged one (badly packed by toysrus) and I refuse to pay more than DOUBLE Fisher Price's suggested retail, which is around $70. Price gaugers should be ashamed.   I networked with all my friends on FB (about 20 mommas were shopping for me), and one of my friends found one in the El Paso area this morning! Two other friends told me that stores in their towns are expecting shipments! Call your Target and find out if any shipments are due to arrive. Do the same with all other stores that might carry it. I also contacted Fisher Price about the damage, and they told me that they are back-ordered but that they believe many stores will be restocked on December 12th. (Fisher Price promised to help me find a batbot, should their troubleshooting ideas for the damaged one fail. Since my friend found one for me, I'm just going to return the damaged one.  I was impressed with FP's timely response, and I honestly think that Fisher Price is a class act.) Good luck parents!

**Q: It wont drop down and "convert" into the batmobile. Do I have a defective product or am I missing something?**
A: Michelle is correct, but here is a more detailed description  -    There is nothing wrong with your remote.  Look at the Batbot from the front.  The LEFT leg (opposite of the leg with the battery), look on the outer side of that leg.  To the LEFT of the front wheel, there is a TEENY TINY slot, touch this opening. Do you feel a jagged piece of plastic?  you should be able to see it.  you need to pull this out.  This is a major problem with this toy, and the plastic PULL TAB broke off before you pulled it completely out.  (I got mine out with a pair of tweezers, but I had to spear the plastic with a push pin so i could reach it with the tweezers)  When you get it out, it will be a 3" piece of plastic.  This was keeping the toy in "TRY MODE".  Once you get it out, the remote will work fine.

**Q: the remote control for this toy is not working-what should i do?**
A: Same here.  Works for maybe 3 button presses and stops.  Sometimes works after fiddling with batteries.  Mostly doesn't do anything at all.  Plastic battery saver on its right legs is removed.  All new batteries.  Remote seems like a $0.25 dollar store toy.  Disappointing.

A: Yes. It does come with a batman figure and little disk to shoot from the robot itself
