My hair definitely felt a bit plumper after blow drying with this and my hair was shiny and my frizz had definitely improved. After walking the dogs my hair usually gets frizzy/messy in the wind but it didn't with this. It's a small bottle so a bit pricey but I didn't need to use my wow humidity spray so I may stop buying this if not needed now.
