Bough a couple of months ago. Very quick delivery. Phone was perfect until the screen stopped working a one week ago. Spoke to the seller. Very easy communication. Returned phone for investigation with free p+p. Had prompt feed back from the company and 'new phone' sent out. Arrived two days later via royal mail. Working perfectly. They also sent back the old case I originally sent it in along with a protective case for it to travel in the post with. Can't thank them enough.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un teléfono guapísimo y funcional aún en 2022!!

Luego de tener por muchos años el Samsung S7 Edge, necesitaba actualizarme pues se me estaba quedando corto dicho teléfono debido a sus prestaciones y mis necesidades actuales. Buscando entre los cientos de móviles que hay en el mercado y sin tener que hacer un sacrificio económico en el proceso, busqué algunos candidatos. Y luego, encontré que el S20 FE que lo tenía en mi lista de favoritos, estaba de promoción con un precio rebajado, por lo que no dude en aprovechar la jugosa oportunidad. Recibí el paquete en perfecto estado, el empaque del móvil perfectamente precintado como se muestra en las fotos. En el paquete se incluye el teléfono, el cargador y su cable, un artilugio que sirve para extraer el depósito de la sim y memoria externa y un brevísimo folleto de usuario. Decir que el color lavanda luce realmente monísimo en persona y, aunque la parte trasera del teléfono es de plástico, la calidad y acabado de la carcasa es de primera. El color lavanda es traslúcido, tornasol, por lo que el color varía dependiendo de la luz que le dé. También decir que venía protegido por todos lados de plástico transparente para protegerlo. El teléfono por supuesto es original. Llevo usando esta marca en mis móviles desde hace 15-20 años por lo que conozco de sobra su funcionamiento, y este modelo es igual de sencillo a la hora de iniciarlo por primera vez. Su configuración es de lo más sencilla, lo primero que indica es la selección del idioma, y posteriormente el propio teléfono te va guiando paso a paso hasta completar su configuración. Esto no lleva más de 5 minutos. Y si tienes información, fotos, datos y demás en otro Samsung, mediante conexión entre ambos es posible hacer una transferencia de absolutamente todo del teléfono viejo al nuevo. La calidad de su pantalla es buenísima. La calidad de las fotografías y vídeos es increíble. La app por defecto que tiene para tomar fotos y vídeos permite jugar y quedarse a gusto con los resultados. Lo suelo usar para ver pelis y videos en youtube y la calidad de vídeo es extraordinaria. Es un teléfono muy rápido y potente. El uso principal que le he estado dando desde hace 5 meses que lo compré es principalmente para tomar fotos y vídeos para mi trabajo, y para navegar en las redes sociales. No lo uso en juegos, pero tengo la certeza que se ha de jugar en el sin problemas de ram, ni de calentamiento. La huella dactilar funciona siempre correctamente y sin dilación (esto era un problema constante en el S7 Edge debido a que apenas iniciaba esta tecnología). La función de huella dactilar es sensible pero precisa, nunca he tenido problemas al momento de abrir mi teléfono, o acceder a mis apps. Por cierto, como dato adicional: Estaba dubitativa entre comprar el S20 FE o el S21 FE, pero al saber que está capado en su capacidad y que no tiene la opción de agregar una memoria externa (aparte que cuesta mucho más caro! y no tiene más diferencias salvo las estéticas), no me lo pensé y compré el S20 FE. Y decir que, estando a finales del 2022 creo que este teléfono sigue siendo MUY CAPAZ, rápido, potente y funcional. Si buscas un teléfono cojonudo y no te quieres dejar un suelo entero en la compra de un teléfono, esta es tu mejor opción, aún en el 2022!!
