Very cost effective for sealing leaks, and saved me about $1200.00 in parts and labor it would have cost me to have a HVAC company to make the repairs, although to use it, you do need some basic knowledge and skills, along with some necessary tools, equipment, and supplies. As far as durability, only time will tell the story on that, but it has been several days now, and my system is still functioning as it should and there have been no issues to this point. Extremely pleased with results so far.
