This is not true.With that said; it is a very asthetically good looking bumper. Protection is as expected, protects edges from nicks and lifts the screen/back off a surface when set down.Bumpers are not designed for impact damage. Tape the phone to your hand or wrap it in 6 inches of bubble wrap if you are constantly dropping your phone.After 4 days, there is no discoloration or any other blemishes on the bumper.I am pleased with this purchase and will probably buy 6 or 7 more as these are disposable bumpers for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost the best bumper case! *by L***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on December 27, 2013* I've used many iPhone cases from cheap to expensive ones, and so far this is the best case I can find personally. One tip though... The back of power button and volume button are not thick enough that pressing the buttons are almost impossible. But this can be fixed by applying 3M tapes (about 5 layered together) on. That why I'm only giving it 4 stars. But once fixed. The top button came loose after about 3 weeks, but it pushes back into place and is still functional.
