    A nice little collection

The two existing reviews, both 2 stars, are just too harsh. True, this book is more a varied collection of projects rather than a course of therapy. However, it is nicely assembled with a friendly low- key tone, soft colors and photos, and includes both projects to be done alone and in collaboration with other knitters. The projects are basic- to- intermediate and offer a novice knitter some techniques to learn. No lace or complex color work, no pressure. No stress.

This is not a bad book.... it's just for beginners. I thought that by the title, this would provide tips and tricks on new ways to meditate or breath as I knit, but instead this is a book about beginner skills. The book is good, just misleading in the title.
