Update: I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me the missing hardware. Seller was easy to work with. I will update again once I receive the hardware and can put it together. Adjusting it in the future might be more difficult than I expected since the bolts for the are threaded on both ends. It's not impossible to get them out, just not as simple as I expected.
