I would say it's probably decently weatherproof but I don't personally know if I would stick it somewhere that got direct water/weather exposure. I don't have too many gripes about it other than 1 thing. Its great that it comes pre-wired however, the length of the wires could be a little better. Depending on where you're mounting it and how you're wiring everything up it places alot of connections in a very small area. The wires are probably 8" at best and most of that is covered by the wrap. Personally i removed the wrap and wished i didn't have to but with my installation there was no way I could get around that. It would be nice to have another 10-12" of length at a minimum on this as it would allow you to really play with the install setup. I am building it into a long distance RV hauler by modernizing it with electrical niceties like power windows and locks, but also specializing it with additions like A/C and service lighting. This relay box is going to make it super simple to add in the lighting and other systems that will benefit from a modular control point. The six relays each control one function. That function is then protected by its own fuse. The schematic provided makes it incredibly easy to wire it all up. The wiring is all packaged so installation should be very simple. I have a gang of LED lit switches coming to control this. I checked each circuit on the bench and every one of them work, I can't wait to get all of it installed. I am considering sealing up the bottom where the cabling comes out. I doubt ambient moisture or rain will get in, but I feel it is too big of a hole and don't want anything getting in to cause corrosion. All in all, a GREAT product.
