Will fit a lot of food and drinks. I like that it has so many different pockets and compartments. It seems to be pretty well made. My only small complaints would be that inside the zippers there is a thread or two hanging out. I had to snip them off with the scissors so they wouldn't get caught in the zipper. The other thing is that it does not have a small handle in between the shoulder straps so that it can be easily carried when you don't want it strapped to your back.
