You could see it's filet pieces, not mush like regular canned tuna, and the smell is unbelievable. But, you ask, what about taste? It tastes just like chicken. Just kidding, but it doesn't have any fishy odor, and I can eat a whole container of this tuna with nothing else, it's that good. If you want to put it on crackers, or make a salad out of it (the tuna is flavored perfectly, so I'd be careful with salad dressings. I would say a simple olive oil, red wine and lemon dressing would be perfect. Above all, there is no need to smother it with mayonnaise, because there is absolutely no fishy smell or taste. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but I think worth it.

Best tuna I've ever had...not fishy at all. Good quality tuna and excellent flavor. I have made Italian Tuna Salad with Cannellini Beans and Herbs multiple times with this product. Will buy again but it is very expensive compared to USA tuna can or packet. But you taste the difference immediately. Save up and buy it for a rare delicious treat!
