From the limited flavour options I went for the chocolate one. I made mine using unsweetened soya milk. You definitely need to let it sit for a good 5 minutes after microwaving as there is quite a large quantity of chia and other seeds in the mix and they need time to absorb moisture and soften. But it mixes really well. Keep stirring and it literally thickens before your eyes. Like their shakes the breakfast bowl is not outrageously sweet, but also not bland and has a good protein content. Admittedly I wasn’t sure at first as it’s not quite a smooth texture due to the seeds. You can definitely see that there is a high quantity of chia seeds. However I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste. It’s actually really nice. It’s so filling that I actually struggled to finish my bowl. But that’s great as it’s obviously very effective and I know I’m going to feel full for quite some time.
