### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Broken bottle

The package was damaged at arrival and the bottle came broken. I added a picture of the bottle and the packing. I cannot tell if the product is good or bad, but it is very disappointing to get a new product broken.Customer service was great, so I'm changing the score I gave them at first. I bought two bottles and one came broken, but the other one is very useful and of good quality.

I really like the water bottle appearance but it says it's Pyrex but doesn't hold up like Pyrex ~ first time I dropped it it broke! My Pyrex items have not broken when dropped.
