Comes with a dispenser. It's a nice one and needed, as the tape rolls are a little wider with a different core size. 2. Especially opaque. As many of us use this tape to cover old labels/barcodes on used boxes, this tape covers them pretty well with one layer, quite well with two. Way better than other tan tapes, which often take three layers. 3. Very good adhesion. Sticky. 4. Dispenses easily. Pulls off the roll with no drama. 5. Starts easily. Might be its thickness that helps, but it starts well. Easy to find and lift the free end when it's stuck to the roll. 6. Thick and strong. The one con: 1. Slight odor / smell upon opening package. Did dissipate after the package has been open a while. Overall impression: Excellent product.
