It sure acted like a piece of garbage once it was fully assembled (not an easy task considering how confusing the instruction for assembly and use are). I have low-pile carpets and tile floors. It kind of worked on the tile floors (but didn't pick up much). It completely stopped when I tried to use it on the carpets. I have area rugs in my dining room and living room over the tile. It can't negotiate going on the area rugs and just stops until you manually moves it (and then it doesn't work at all). ### ⭐ Poor quality *by G***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 28, 2018* Over price, poor quality. It gets stuck in every corner and always rotates in the same area. it makes a lot of noise. Instructions illegible ### ⭐⭐ Cheap built *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 29, 2019* Living room --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/47450090-zenes-robot-vacuum-cleaner-for-pet-hair-tile-and-hardwood](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/47450090-zenes-robot-vacuum-cleaner-for-pet-hair-tile-and-hardwood) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
