It sounded broken before opening the box and was disappointed that it was the watch banging around in the shipping box. Happy the watch didn't get scratched or damaged. For the cost of the product, I would expect proper packing for shipping. This turned out as a lucky experience and it didn't have to be that way with proper care in shipping.
