They were comfortable and worked well for his needs at this time

My son received these as a birthday gift. They were comfortable and worked well for his needs at this time. The problem is that cord that attaches to the headphones broke within 3 months. I emailed the company for which they responded immediately with an apology and request for the order number. I have sent this twice and send additional emails requesting a response. They are no longer responding to my emails. The headphones were OK but I will not purchase from this company again.

Can't get it to work with Windows 10

*by C***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 26, 2017*

I bought two pair of these to use for gaming applications. The mic does not work on my PC nor my friend's PC, both using Windows 10. Pointless as gaming headphones.

### ⭐⭐⭐

    NOT Optimized for Xbox One

*by T***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 6, 2017*

Only issue that I've encountered with these headphones is that, as the description says, the microphone is omnidirectional and VERY sensitive. The mic begins in the beginning of the black strip and extends to the end of the mic portion, which causes great amounts of echoing on Xbox One. Since Xbox has not created a mic sensitivity option, it would be recommended to use a regular directional microphone. With that out of the way, I have tested these headphones on Android, iOS, and Windows and have had 0 issues whatsoever. Sensitivity is able to be adjusted as necessary and sound quality is phenomenal.
