It only does when your source is connected via btooth. Why?** A: Not sure I understand your question. Using the Bluetooth linking function you will only be able to play music on both speakers from a Bluetooth source. For non-bluetooth sources you will have to either: a) connect one speaker to the other via an XLR microphone cable from the Mix output of one, to one of the built in mixer inputs on the other. In this scenario, the output will be mono. For Stereo you would have to have a separate mixer feeding its left and right master channels to each of the speakers and your input source would have to be feeding a stereo channel on the mixer or two mono channels, one panned full left and the other full right.
