Figuring out how to put the harness on correctly and attaching the strap so it would not slip took a little time but once I got that down it was simple. Slightl learning curve. I was impressed at how much easier it is to lift large items. Much less struggle and sore back at the end of the day. The quality of materials was as expected but the extra surprise was the padded shoulders. To move any size or shape its like having a set of extra helper it really works. It works great and simplifies any moving of objects big and heavy. Once you figure out how to put the harness on your shoulder it makes any moving of furniture very easy to do without straining your back. The body harness seems as though it was made for munchkins. The straps are not secure.
