It has ribbons for your arms to go through, but the placement doesn't makes sense to me. Maybe someone can post a picture on how to use them. It also has a hook by the ribbons. The placement on it seems a bit high, but it still works. Wish it would have come with a sparkle cape pin, but all and all, it is good quality and worth the price. Also very warm.
